Disconnecting to Connect.


I’m planning to take the next few days off to recalibrate myself. For me that just means time to disconnect to connect. I need to rethink a few things that have been bugging me.

A lot has been on my mind.

My life has been on my mind.

Lately I feel so disorganized.  Most of it has to do with all the things I’m juggling. My writing business is the biggest on my mind right now and the decisions I make will change my life.

I want to change my life.

I’m not satisfied and my desire… almost hunger for change, has me pondering about what I need to do.

See that photo above? It’s My Bucket List. It’s empty right now…and I’m at a lost on what to fill it up with. It’s almost like if I fill my list up, I’m going to go back and read it…and then ridicule myself for even thinking that I can ever do it.

Like what were you thinking Katie?? Seriously.

Well, I’ve thought about moving…to another state.

I’ve thought about self-publishing again.

I’ve thought about making some financial sacrifices.

So many ideas. So many questions.

What do you do when you want to make a big change in your life?? Do you just jump and do it? I’m curious what other people think because I’m kind of stuck. Most of it has to do with that dreaded word…FEAR. I’m so afraid of failing.

I’ll still be here and there to say Hello, but not quite as frequent. I need to sort things out and just wanted you to know.
